The Triopo K3-45 is a compact 45cm octagonal softbox designed for photographers, videographers, and content creators who need fast setup and controlled soft lighting in a portable format.

Its quick-release structure opens and folds in seconds, reducing preparation time during studio sessions, outdoor photography, interviews, livestreaming, and location video production. The flat-folding design occupies less storage space and is easier to transport than many conventional rod-assembled modifiers.

Controlled light for close subjects

The 45cm octagonal surface creates soft, controlled illumination for close portraits, headshots, tabletop products, food photography, and talking-head videos.

Its eight-sided shape produces rounded catchlights, while the compact diameter offers more directional control than a large softbox. For the softest results, position the modifier relatively close to the subject while keeping it safely outside the frame.

Reflective interior with dual diffusion

The silver interior redirects light toward the diffusion layers, helping improve reflective efficiency.

An internal diffusion panel begins spreading concentrated light before it reaches the external front diffuser. Using both panels reduces visible hotspots and produces smoother illumination across the front of the modifier.

Honeycomb grid for light-spill control

The included fabric grid limits sideways spill and keeps more illumination directed toward the subject. This makes it useful for product shots, close portraits, interviews, and small studios where light needs to be kept away from the background.

Remove the grid when broader coverage is required.

Standard Bowens mount

The Bowens mount connects the K3-45 to compatible COB LED lights, continuous studio fixtures, monolights, and flash heads.

A conventional Speedlite requires a separately compatible Bowens holder unless the store’s package explicitly includes a Speedlite mounting adapter.
