Refund policy
Timeframe
- Returns: Within a maximum of (3) days from the date of receiving the shipment.
- Exchanges: Within a maximum of (7) days from the date of receiving the shipment.
Eligibility Requirements
To accept the return or exchange request, the product must be:
- In its exact original condition (sealed in factory packaging) and has not been opened or used.
- Retaining all security labels, seals, and serial numbers.
- Accompanied by the original invoice and all accessories (manuals, cables, and promotional gifts, if any). (We reserve the absolute right to reject any request that violates these criteria, and the product will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.)
Financial Terms and Costs
- Change of mind or customer error: The customer bears all operational costs. (Actual two-way shipping costs + payment gateway/installment fees) will be deducted from the total refunded amount, even if the order was part of a free shipping offer.
- Manufacturing defects or receiving the wrong product: We bear all costs related to shipping, returns, and exchanges, with no financial burden placed on the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The return and exchange policy strictly does not apply to the following cases:
- Opened products (unless a manufacturing defect is proven through technical inspection).
- Pre-orders or custom-made products prepared specifically upon the customer's request.
- Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or failure to comply with the product's electrical standards.
Inspection and Refund Process
- Technical Inspection: Financial procedures are processed only after the returned product is received at our warehouses and passes the inspection to verify its condition.
- Timeline: Processing and refunding the amount takes between (7 to 14 business days).
- Refund Method: Funds are refunded exclusively through the original payment method used for the purchase; cash refunds are not available.
