Shipping and Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and handed over to shipping companies within 24 to 48 business hours.

Shipping Costs:
- Free shipping for orders exceeding 500 SAR.
- Orders under 500 SAR: Costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout, or at a flat rate of (15 SAR).
- Bulky/Heavy products: May be subject to additional fees specified on the product page.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Major cities (2 - 7 business days) | Other regions (5 - 14 business days). Special orders take between 2 to 6 weeks.
Payment Methods
- Available Methods: Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and installment services (Tabby/Tamara).
Customer's Operational Responsibilities
- Data Accuracy: The customer is obligated to provide a full name, two active phone numbers, and a detailed address (city, neighborhood, street, building, zip code).
- Responsiveness: The customer is responsible for answering calls from the shipping company and bears any consequences resulting from delays due to unresponsiveness.
- Address Modification: Available only within 3 hours of completing the order. Once the shipment has been dispatched, the customer will bear any redirection fees.
Receiving, Cancellation, and Non-Receipt
- Inspection and Signing: The integrity of the external packaging must be inspected before signing. Signing constitutes an acknowledgment that the shipment is visibly intact. In the event of visible damage, the customer must refuse receipt and notify the store immediately.
- Delivery Scope: "Door-to-door" delivery is subject to the shipping company's policies and residential complex regulations; receiving the shipment from the company's branch may sometimes be required.
- Cancellation: Available without fees as long as the shipment has not been handed over to the carrier.
- Refusal of Receipt / Automatic Return: If the shipment is returned due to (data error, no response, or refusal to receive without technical justification), an amount of (70 SAR) will be deducted from the refunded order value to cover logistical and administrative costs. Reshipping the order requires the customer to cover new shipping fees.
