The NEEWER F500 PRO 5.5" Camera Field Monitor is a professional on-camera monitor designed for filmmakers, photographers, and content creators who need accurate color reproduction, high brightness, and advanced monitoring tools during video production. Its 1920×1080 Full HD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 160° wide viewing angle, and touchscreen interface provide sharp, vibrant, and accurate image monitoring from virtually any angle. Both manual and automatic brightness adjustment (1–100%) allow optimal viewing in any lighting condition, while touch controls can be enabled or disabled according to shooting preferences.
Supporting 4K HDMI loop-through, the monitor allows real-time image monitoring while simultaneously outputting the signal to external monitors, recorders, or projectors without delay. It supports a wide range of HDMI input formats, including 4K UHD 3840×2160 (30fps) and DCI 4K 4096×2160 (24fps), making it compatible with most DSLR, mirrorless cameras, and professional cinema cameras.
The F500 PRO includes professional color management tools with built-in HDR monitoring, 15 preloaded 3D LUTs, and support for uploading up to 60 custom LUTs via SD card. This enables accurate color calibration directly on set, minimizing post-production color correction and ensuring faithful color representation.
Designed for professional video production, the monitor features comprehensive exposure and focus assistance tools including Waveform, Vectorscope, Histogram, Focus Peaking, False Color, Zebra Patterns, Audio Meter, and Monochrome Mode, helping creators achieve precise focus, exposure, and composition.
Power flexibility is another key advantage. The monitor supports Sony NP-F batteries, DC input, and USB-C power, and includes a high-capacity 5200mAh NP-F750 battery. It also functions as a dummy battery power output (8.4V/1.5A), allowing compatible cameras to be powered directly from the monitor during long recording sessions. An integrated cooling fan ensures reliable performance during extended use.
